Gugulethu Mbatha (better known by the name Gugu-Mbatha Raw) is an British actor and film actress who became famous for her role in the BBC series "Doctor Who", the British sci-fi TV show. Gugu became famous for playing Tish Jones in the BBC series. The character was sister to a main character named Martha Jones. Gugu displayed a vibrant charismatic personality that was greatly appreciated by viewers. Gugu could have had been able to have a successful career actor if she would not give up! Gugu has appeared on a variety of British television and stage shows. Her work has garnered critical acclaim for her performances in the British period dramas such as 'Belle' (2013) and Beyond the Lights' (2014). Gugu Mbatha Raw was the lead character of an actress and mistress in the play by Jessica Swale 'Nell Gwynn,' played in the role of Jessica Swale. The performance was highly praised by critics, who commended her on her talent. She won the Evening Standard Theatre Award as the Best actress. For the great honour of her services to the theatre, Gugu was named as a Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) by Queen Elizabeth II.
Chelsea Joy Handler born 25th February 1975 in Livingston New Jersey. Handler was the youngest of children from a family of six. Handler's mother was a domestic worker and her father was employed as a used car dealer. Her mother arrived in America in the year 1958 after emigrating from Germany. The cancer of the breast was first discovered in the year 1989. Her death came a decade after battling cancer. Her father is Jewish so she brought to Reform Judaism. Handler resided in a beautiful neighborhood with a happy upbringing. At the age of 19 and made the move from the city of her birth to Los Angeles to pursue her acting career. Handler began her career as an actress in order in order to help her. However, when she was 21 years old, Handler decided to pursue stand-up comedy full time, since she discovered her storytelling skills. Handler began her professional career being a part of the only female Oxygen team, and starred in a TV show called Girls Behaving Badly. The show was renowned for its hidden camera as well as the practical joke. The show was broadcast between 2002 and 2005. The handler went on to work in numerous other shows including Weekends at D.L. The Bernie Mac Show My Wife and Kids, The Practice, and Weekends at D.L. Handler was a part of The Tonight Show for a period of time as a correspondent. Handler received her first big break in 2006 when she began host her own program on E! called The Chelsea Handler show. The show lasted for two seasons. Handler later performed in the US on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour. Stand-up comedy performances from Handler have been aired by VH1, Comedy Central's Premium Blend, and HBO. In 2010 she was selected as host of the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards. The only woman to ever host VMAs after Roseanne Bar.
